WinterFest San Antonio, presented by Baptist Health System, is a long-running community festival where thousands of local residents come out with the family to enjoy a day of fun in the SNOW including:
This year’s event will be held on Saturday, December 5th, 2026 at North Central Baptist Hospital from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will feature tons of holiday fun including:
- Photos with Santa
- 80,000 pounds of snow straight from the North Pole! Creating 2 Snow Slides & Snowman Making Area!
- Performances by local schools and performance groups
- Carnival Rides & Games
- Kids Activities & Holiday Shopping from our local sponsors and vendors
- Food and Drinks
- And SNOW much more!
